Captain Cooke’s Seafood Inc’s processing facility consists of a cooking, raw processing, lobster processing areas, ice and chill rooms as well as large freezer storage for product. In addition, we have receiving and shipping areas as well as a final packaging area for our products. The layout of our facility ensures optimum product efficiency and food safety during production.
Our state of the art facility houses a continuous lobster cooker and rapid cooling tunnel which allows us to allows us to cook our lobsters to the ideal temperature each and every time. We are able to produce up to 50,000 lbs a day of both local and Maritime canner and market lobsters of varying products for both domestic and international customers.
